Celebrating my 26th b-day.
Finally reporting about my trip (a month afterwards): Back to my hometown for a little over 2 weeks. I had such a great time with my family and the girls loved spending time with their cousins, 6 of the 8 being girls. We sure missed Michael while we were gone, but it did feel so good to be back with my family, all of whom live in Utah.

Finally reporting about my trip (a month afterwards): Back to my hometown for a little over 2 weeks. I had such a great time with my family and the girls loved spending time with their cousins, 6 of the 8 being girls. We sure missed Michael while we were gone, but it did feel so good to be back with my family, all of whom live in Utah. Here is a list of some of our adventures:
*BYU Bean Museum
*BYU Museum of Art (they had an "I SPY" Walter Wick exhibit that the kids really enjoyed).
*Lion's Park twice
*Took my brothers out to ice cream at Baskin Robbins
*My sister and I enjoyed pie and brownies with ice cream at Village Inn
*Family BBQ
*Celebrated my 26th birthday
*Michael sent me 2 dozen roses, which were quite the surprise (I have the best husband)
*Went out to breakfast with Michael's Grandma and Grandpa Hawks
*Soccer game
*Visited several friends (although I missed a few :( )
*Had a girls' night out with some old high school pals
*Got to enjoy my sister's new house (envy)
*Had a much needed hair cut (totally took advantage of cheap Utah prices)
*Relaxed, while my brothers and Dad and Judy played with the girls and read them books
*What a nice vacation!!!

Finally a post!!! It is good to hear anything that I can about you guys! The pics are so cute, glad you had a fun time.
It's about time you posted something new and I just barely saw it! I haven't blog stalked in a while it seems. I'm glad you were able to come out and visit us. We had a great time with you and the girls! Thanks for the dessert at Village Inn!!! It was spectacular!

And I am so glad you had such a lovely trip.
We were bummed too that we didn't get to see you! but it looks like you had tons of fun in UT. I bet it was so awesome to get to spend so much time with family. You appreciate them so much more when you live out of state, don't you think?? We're actually coming to CA in Aug (23-30) and wanted to get together with you guys and the Starkweathers. so we'll have to plan something for sure. So exciting you're on the final stretch of the pregnancy!!
